President & Founder
Gary Huffman graduated from Brigham Young University in 1980 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications, emphasizing Media Sales Management. After completing his studies, Gary entered the television industry as an Account Manager, specializing in media sales. His career took him to three distinct markets: Medford, Oregon; Spokane, Washington; and Portland, Oregon. Each location gave Gary valuable experience, allowing him to work with local businesses as well as regional and national accounts.
In Portland, Gary pursued a consulting role with a marketing group that employed the Monopolize Your Marketplace strategy—an aggressive marketing approach. Driven by entrepreneurial ambition, he purchased a fast casual Mexican restaurant in Portland in April 2007. He managed the restaurant until selling it in November 2024.
Gary's extensive background in sales, marketing, and business management provided him with the expertise to establish Ribbet.deals.
Executive VP – Business Process
Richard ("Rick") Jarvis brings more than four decades of operational leadership experience spanning roles as Manager, Director, Vice President, and CEO. Throughout his career, he has successfully led teams, optimized operations, and driven growth for globally recognized organizations, including FranklinCovey, The Southland Corporation, and his own business, JarCorp Ltd.
Rick began his career with Southland, where he earned a reputation as a top-performing leader through continuous process improvement, operational excellence, and the development of high-performing teams. In 2000, he joined FranklinCovey, bringing with him a "never say no" attitude and a passion for results. Starting with responsibility for a single retail location, he advanced to lead the company's North American retail store operations.
An entrepreneur at heart, Rick founded JarCorp Ltd. in 2005, building a successful business through strong B2B partnerships, a commitment to quality products, and an unwavering focus on customer satisfaction. His ability to identify opportunities, streamline operations, and foster lasting client relationships became the foundation of the company's success.
Rick is excited to leverage his extensive experience in team development, revenue growth, operational strategy, and performance analysis to help drive the company's continued expansion and long-term vision.

John J. Russell is an accomplished entrepreneur, executive leader, and sales strategist with more than 40 years of experience building businesses, leading high-performing teams, and driving sustainable growth.
Throughout his career, John has held executive roles as a CEO, business owner, president, vice president of sales, and consultant, consistently exceeding revenue goals while mentoring teams and creating innovative strategies that deliver lasting results.
Beyond his professional achievements, John is passionate about developing people and serving his community. He was a wish granter with the Make-A-Wish Foundation of Utah for many years and currently serves on his HOA board. The same values that define his career: leadership, compassion, and a belief that success is measured not only by business accomplishments but by the positive impact made on the lives of others.
